Ready to kick my Blackberry to the curb

Ok so a few weeks ago we took the plunge and got blackberry's, everyone said I Phones are better. But my husband pretty much despises anything MAC. And since Verizon has been so nice to us, we stayed with them and got us some real cool blackberry's. Well the reception is horrible. We have been to two different csr and both just kind of srug their shoulders. Latest info is they are switching towers in the area due to the alltel/Verizon merge. "Can you hear me now" - NO I CAN NOT
